Card Crew LLC accepts orders only from customers within the 49 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii. Orders with shipping addresses outside these locations, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, will not be accepted or processed.
All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination. Card Crew LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Card Crew LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
If an item is damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. To assist in this process, we recommend:
